Choose Voluntary Amount (Donations)

Let your customers decide what to pay: set up donation-based classes easily in Eversports Manager.

Would you like to offer a class where your customers can decide how much they want to pay? With Eversports Manager, it's easy to set up flexible, donation-based pricing.

1. Create Donation Options as Products:

Set up individual products that represent different donation amounts. For example: "Donate EUR 5", "Donate EUR 10" or "Free Participation" etc.. 
(Setting up the product works just like the ones you've created before - same steps, same structure. The only difference is the title, and if you're offering a free participation option, simply set the price to 0.)

Tip: Save the first "Donation" product as a template. This way, you can quickly create the others by simply duplicating the template and adjusting the title and donation amount.

2. Link the Products to Your Activity:

Add the donation-based  products  to  your class. This allows customers to select the amount they would like to contribute during the booking process.

Holiday Tip: During the Christmas season, consider linking your donation-based classes to a charitable cause. For example, you can choose to donate part of the proceeds to an organisation of your choice - giving your customers the chance to do something good while participating in your class.
