Everything You Need to Know About Analytics

Here you will get all the information about the analytics area in your manager.

In the analytics section in the Manager, we want to help you better understand your business and identify important trends. You will find various key performance indicators (KPIs), charts, and an overview of various reports that you can download and process further.

🔢 Key performance indicators (KPIs)

The analytics page includes the following KPIs:

  • Average Revenue per Customer: here you see how much revenue you make on average per customer. If you have specific revenue targets, you can calculate how many more customers you need to achieve them. This helps you plan your customer acquisition or retention measures more effectively.
  • Average Revenue per Booking: this KPI shows you how much revenue you make on average per booking. Here, you can estimate how many additional bookings you need to achieve a specific revenue goal. This information then assists you in planning your activities and product range.
  • Average Bookings per Customer: here you see at a glance how active your customers are. This shows you whether you should focus on acquiring or retaining customers to achieve your goals.

📊 Charts

Among the figures, we show you various charts related to revenue, bookings, customers, and memberships. You can simply select the year you want to analyze - and of course, a comparison year. If the year is not yet over, you will see the total sums of the charts or the KPIs always from the beginning of the year to today (and of course, the comparison period is adjusted accordingly).

If you have multiple locations, you can of course also display data from multiple or all locations. When you hover the mouse over a chart, you see the sums for specific months.

Revenues

Your revenue is now more transparent than ever. The value, whether invoiced or paid revenue, is now compared to the previous year. Thanks to the help text - hover the mouse over the question mark - you'll find out immediately which value is used, depending on whether you use income expense calculation or double-entry bookkeeping. We automatically adjust this for your needs.

Bookings

The development of bookings shows you the number of bookings in the selected period. This includes all bookings that were not canceled.

Customers

The number of customers refers to customers who had at least one non-canceled booking in the selected period. For example, if a customer had a booking in January and February, they would also be displayed in January and February in this chart.

Memberships

Here you get insights into your memberships. In addition to the general development of memberships, you also see the development of specific segments:

  • New: these memberships started in the respective month.
  • Existing: these memberships are not new and have not been canceled yet.
  • Terminated: these memberships were canceled in the respective month (but might still have a remaining term and therefore still be valid).
  • Ended: these memberships had their end of validity in the respective month.

📋 Reports

In the "Reports" tab, you get an overview of all possible files that you can download and further process. For example, if you want to learn more about your activities and utilizations, check out the reports in the "Activities" area. Generally, you will find there - aside from activities - reports on topics like customers, marketing, videos, products, and finances.

Just click on the respective report and then you will be directed to the area in the manager where you can download it.
