Prepare your Eversports Scheduling Feature for the Urban Sports Club Scheduling Feature migration

This articles give you an overview of steps to do check before the migration from the Urban Sports Club to the Eversports Scheduling Feature

1. Log-in

The first steps would be to make sure you can log in into your Eversports Scheduling Feature.

To log in, open this link in your browser: app.eversportsmanager.com.

We recommend to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as a browser, as our past experience has shown that these work best with your Eversports Manager.

2. Check your master data

Make sure that your company informations in the Master Data are correct. This company information will be shown on your Eversports invoices.

3. Information about Urban Sports Club bookings

With the migration, Urban Sports Club bookings for the next two weeks will be be imported, but these bookings will not be synched with Urban Sports Club.

You will only be able to use the Eversports Scheduling Feature once the integration with Urban Sports Club will be done.

How will the integration be done ?

After the migration, you will need to send the Location UUIDs that you will find in your Eversports Scheduling Feature into the typeform. By submitting the typeform, the Partner Support team of USC will receive all necessary information for activating the integration.

🚨You can only fill out the typeform once the migration is done, as the locations will be imported with the migration. 🚨

You will receive a confirmation email from the Urban Sports Club team once your integration has been activated. The Urban Sports Club Partner Support team aims to activate your integration within 3-5 business days.
In order to not have any cancelled Urban Sports Club booking, the integration with the Eversports Scheduling Feature will only be active two weeks after the Urban Sports Club Partner Support team activates your integration.
