Important Information About the Fee Adjustment 2026 - NL

We are contacting you with information about the upcoming annual fee adjustment. First of all, we would like to thank you for the great partnership in the past year. We are working hard to continue to be a strong partner in the coming year and to support you in successfully running your business. 

For your planning purposes, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the contractually agreed annual index adjustment and pricing adjustment.

We have once again decided not to adjust the online payment fees (transaction fees) or the fees for additionally purchased software extensions (e.g. aggregator interfaces, Zoom API, etc.) this year.

Therefore, on 01.01.2026, there will be an adjustment of 3.30% made to your software fee only!

Here is an example of how your software fee may change after the index adjustment:

Assuming your current Softwarefee package is signed for the pricing of Starter.
Currently net € 89/month, this fee will be net € 91,94/month per month as of 1st of January 2026. This results in additional cost of € 35,28 per year. No other fees are affected by this fee adjustment.

  • Why an annual price adjustment?

We need to protect our prices from inflation and do not want to increase software fees by large amounts at irregular and unpredictable intervals like some other software companies. Instead, we want to make transparent price adjustments gradually, in smaller steps, and in such a way that they can be planned for by all parties.

  • Will the fee adjustment always be made to the full extent possible according to the General Terms and Conditions?

No. The GTCs (section 5.11) define the maximum possible fee adjustment. We understand the concerns of our partners and always strive to maintain fair and reasonable pricing while protecting our prices against inflation. For example, last year’s fee adjustment was set below the maximum limit defined in the GTCs, and this year we have once again decided not to apply the maximum possible adjustment. Instead, only the software fee will be increased by 3.30%, and no other fees will be adjusted.

  • Why an adjustment of 3.30%?

The extent of the fee adjustment is based on the CPI 2015 (Consumer Price Index) published by the Austrian Central Statistical Office, with the index figure published for the month of your contract start date as the base. Up to three percentage points are added to the index figure calculated in this way, as inflation in the technology sector is higher than the average for all sectors of the economy (higher cost increase for salaries, external services, etc.).
