Change Your Email Address or Password (for Customers)
In this article, you’ll learn how to update your email address and password in your personal Eversports account - either via the app or on our website.
Change Your Email Address
You can change the email address linked to your Eversports account via the Eversports app or our website:
1. Via the Website

Go to www.eversports.com

Log in using your current email and password

Click on your profile icon (top right corner)

Go to My Personal Information

Update your email address
-
Save your changes at the bottom of the page.
2. Via the App:
- Open the app on your smartphone.
- Go to your Profile (bottom right).
- Tap on Edit personal data.
- Update your email address.
- Save your changes by clicking on Save personal data.
Important: The new email address must not be in use by another Eversports account.
Change Your Password
You have two options to change your password:
1. Via the Website
You can reset your password directly from the login area:
- Go to www.eversports.com
- Click on Login in the top right
- Select Forgot password and follow the instructions in the email
2. Via the App
- Open the app and go to your Profile
- Tap Edit Personal Data
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Password
- Enter your current and new password
- Save the changes
