Create beautiful newsletters in minutes with the email builder

An easy step-by-step guide on creating your first newsletter

You don’t need design experience to create a great-looking newsletter. With the email builder, you can quickly combine images, text, and buttons—and even reuse your own templates to save time.

Create your first newsletter template ⭐

If you send similar emails regularly (e.g. weekly updates or monthly newsletters), you can create your own newsletter template once and reuse it every time.

👉 This saves you a lot of time and keeps your emails consistent.

🚀 Read how you can create a beautiful newsletter in 5 simple steps (by clicking on one of the links, you jump to the according section of the article):

  1. Add a logo or image

  2. Write 2–3 lines of text with a personalized greeting

  3. Add urls behind labels, images, and especially your main call-to-action

  4. Create structured layouts

  5. Save your layout as a reusable block

  6. Add your social channels

🖼 Upload and style images and logos

Images help your newsletter stand out and feel more professional.

How you can add images:

  • side menu Images: Search and select an image from the system image library, or use the AI image generator with a descriptive prompt

  • side menu Upload: Upload your own logos and images, and easily reuse them again

  • simply add the image via drag and drop from the side menu into your email template

🔗 Add links behind text, buttons, and images

Make it easy for your customers to take action. You can add links behind text, images, and buttons.

👉 Tip: Always include at least one clear button so customers know what to do next.
Use call-to-actions (CTAs) like “Book now” or “View schedule” or "Learn more".

👤 Personalize your emails

You can add placeholders like first name to automatically include your recipient’s name in the email (e.g. “Hi Anna”). Simply insert the placeholder into your text, and it will be filled in dynamically when the email is sent.

🔁 Save and reuse your newsletter sections (recommended)

You don’t need to start from scratch every time. Once you’ve created a newsletter, you can save and reuse ...

  • a) individual sections of your email design as reusable blocks,
  • b) the entire layout of the email as reusable block - however, this only works if you created the entire email as one(!) block!
(👉 Easy alternative: You can also reuse an entire email template by simply duplicating a previously created email)

How to save your template:

  1. Click on the block that you'd like to save

  2. Click "Save" custom block

  3. Add it to a new or existing block category folder and add tags so you can easily find it later

👉 You can use custom blocks if you repetitively reuse the same design for:

  • Weekly class updates

  • Monthly newsletters

  • Feedback emails

👍 Add social media links

Add and adjust the "social icons"-block so your customers can stay connected with you. You can pick from a wide selection of options, e.g.

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Spotify
  • Youtube
  • and many more

👉 This is a simple way to build your community beyond email.
