How does the 'Refer a Friend' Program work?

How can I refer a friend?

If a venue offers a referral program ('Refer a friend') and you are a customer - meaning you have at least 1 booking or purchase -, you can find your referral code in your profile as well as the venues profile (read more here). This referral code can be shared with your friends via WhatsApp, email, social media, etc. Your friend can use it for their first booking or purchase at the venue during the check-out process.

You can share your referral code with your friends using your preferred communication app. Eversports provides a prewritten message you can edit and send:

Note: You can only refer people who are not yet customers of this venue.

What can I receive as a reward?

What kind of reward you receive is decided by the venue. It can be a discount code with a certain amount to be redeemed online, a custom reward you receive at the venue, or no reward.

Note: Rewards may be updated by the venue at any time. If you have any questions regarding the reward please contact the venue directly.

Where can I find my referral code?

You can find your referral code both in your profile as well as in the venues profile.

In the Eversports App

In your profile you can find your referral code in Profile → Refer a friend:

Here you can:

see all venues that offer you a referral reward
access your personal referral codes
see which friends you have successfully referred
view your available rewards
check the expiry dates of the rewards

In the venues profile you can find the referral code via the -symbol:

Here you can:

view and copy your personal referral code for this venue
access the 'Refer a friend hub' (view in your profile)

On the Eversports Website

In your profile you can find your referral code in Profile → Refer a friend:

How can I redeem my reward?

If your reward is a discount code it will automatically appear in your Profile → Refer a Friend after the new customer (which used your referral code) completes their first booking.
You can use this code for a new booking or purchase during the check-out process for the venue that issued the referral code.

Important:

The discount code is valid for 3 months after you have received it, and can only be redeemed at the venue that issued the code.
The discount code can only be used for block cards, time cards, or tickets - it cannot be used for the purchase of a membership or a voucher.
Discount codes cannot be cumulative - only one discount code can be used per purchase.
