Request contact details of customers

Eversports offers you the possibility to request personal data from the booking person directly in the booking process.

Especially in the current time it is very often necessary to ask customers for more data than usual. For the follow-up in case of a positive Corona test in your facility, it is necessary, depending on the region, that telephone numbers or sometimes also address are requested.

When registering via the Eversports system the following data is collected

• First name

• Last name

• email address

of the customers are directly requested and stored.

Should it be necessary for your facility/studio to have

• Phone number

• Address

• Date of birth

also directly requested when booking online via Eversports, then simply contact us at support@eversports.com or via chat.

We will be happy to set this up for you! This setting can of course be changed again after a certain period of time (for example, in the event of a relaxation of the measures).
