How can I migrate my data from Fitogram to Eversports?

In this article, you'll find the steps to transfer your data from the Fitogram system to Eversports.

🚨 IMPORTANT: 🚨

During the migration we will import all the data that you find in the list bellow, it is not possible to do only import some data.
If you have already created some activities, products or teachers before the import there might be duplicates. Clients with the same email-adress will not be duplicated.
The migration can only be done once.

What will be migrated ?

Starting Monday, November 25, 2024, the migration tool will include the following options:

Migration of customer data: Key data, such as names, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers, and more, can be transferred in this step.
Migration of your services (products): The migration tool will create the basic structure of the products in Eversports Manager. Please note that memberships cannot be transferred by the migration tool.
Migration of the link between products and customers: The migration tool allows both past and active customer services to be transferred to Eversports Manager. These products will be visible in Eversports Manager with their current status immediately after the import.
Migration of your activities and activity appointments: The tool ensures that all activities (classes, training sessions, courses, etc.) are transferred to Eversports. Past and future appointments linked to the activities will also be automatically transferred.
Migration of past bookings of your customers: Past bookings of the last 2 years of your customers will also be transferred and directly imported into Eversports Manager.
Migration of future bookings of your customers: Future bookings of your customers will also be transferred and directly imported into Eversports Manager.
Migration of memberships from Fitogram: Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to migrate a membership with all its rules and invoices. However, this version allows a temporary card to be created for each active membership in Eversports, so that the data will still be available in the Eversports system.
