How can I migrate my data from the Urban Sports Club Scheduling Feature to the Eversports Scheduling Feature?

In this article, you'll find the steps to transfer your data from the Urban Sports Club Scheduling Feature to Eversports Scheduling Feature.

💡 In this article, you will find the overview of the steps to do before the migration.

What will be migrated ?

Migration of your activities and activity appointments: The tool ensures that all activities (classes, trainings) are transferred to Eversports. Past and future appointments linked to the activities will also be automatically transferred.
Migration of future bookings of your customers: Future bookings of your USC customers will also be transferred and directly imported into your Eversports Scheduling Feature, but these bookings will not be synched with Urban Sports Club.

🚨 IMPORTANT: 🚨

During the migration, we will import all the classes from the Urban Sports Club Scheduling Feature. Please note that it is not possible to import only some activities.
If you have already created some activities before the import there might be duplicates.
The migration can only be done once.
The imported USC Bookings are not synched which Urban Sports Club.

How can I migrate my data ?

Go to the tab Settings > Profil > Start Data Migration
