Starting now, you can create tags for your customers in Eversports Manager—completely personalized, visible only to you, and incredibly helpful for communicating with your community . Whether students, beginners, or seniors —with tags, you can keep track and reach the right people at the right time.

If you have already used tags in Fitogram, you will find them already created and assigned to the correct customers.

What exactly can you do with the tags? 📌

With tags, you can organize your customers specifically and then address them directly via email . For example:

  • Invite students to a discounted membership
  • Recommend suitable courses for beginners
  • Tag seniors and invite them to early morning classes

💡 Tip: Combine tags with filters like “past visits” or “purchased products” to segment even more precisely.

How to manage tags in Eversports Manager ⚙️

  • Create tags:
    Navigate to Customers > Tags and click Add New Tag .
    Give it a name, color and description.
  • Assign tags:
    Open the customer profile and assign appropriate tags there. Alternatively, you can tag multiple customers at once using the contact list in Marketing.
  • Filter and export by tags:
    Filter the contact list by tags for targeted communication or for data export.
