All new features of the Corporate Program
Today we would like to introduce to you some new product updates - the Eversports Corporate Program, which is designed to help you attract new customers. Read the most important info in the text below.
What is the Eversports Corporate Program?
With Eversports Corporate we want to make it easy for you to cooperate with companies, no matter how big or small your studio is. You don't have to worry about communicating with individual companies, because we take care of that for you.
Through Eversports Corporate, companies can provide their employees with a budget that they can use when booking through the Eversports marketplace and thus also book your offers through it.
Why Eversports Corporate?
At the beginning of the year, we asked you through a survey about your biggest challenges. Attracting new customers was clearly at the top of the list.
To help you meet this challenge, we looked at different options. Besides the Eversports marketplace, we saw the biggest potential in getting companies to provide their employees with a budget for sports and yoga.
In past surveys, we found that only 30% of our partner studios have some collaborations with companies, but more than 90% would like to start or to have these kinds of collaborations. Reasons given for this difference include lack of time, lack of knowledge on how to approach such collaborations or the belief that they are not big enough. This is exactly where we want to start!
Set discounts for corporate employees
Through Eversports Corporate, companies offer their employees a budget to book, for example, your offer. What's new is that now you also have the opportunity to attract specifically corporate employees by targeting them with discounted prices.
In the product settings for block and time cards, you can now enter a reduced price in a separate field. The option is not yet available for memberships.
Once you set a corporate price for a block or time cards, it will be shown and highlighted. Here is an example of how company discounts are highlighted:
Discounted prices are then visible for everyone, but can be booked only by employees of companies that are part of the Corporate Program (e.g. UNIQA, Erste Bank, Münze Österreich).
Unlike aggregators, Eversports will not negotiate prices with you and you can decide for yourself whether and if so which products you would like to offer at a discounted price to employees.
Additionally, your Eversports profile will receive the tag “Corporate deal”. Employees can easily filter for this tag and find your studio faster.
You can see purchases and revenue of corporate employees in the last 30 days directly in your Eversports Manager Dashboard.
Additionally, in the section “invoices” the corporate discounts are highlighted with a discount sign.
How can you recommend new companies?
If you already have collaborations with companies or have received company inquiries, you are welcome to recommend the Eversports Corporate program to others. For every successful referral, you can receive up to 100€!
