The new QR bill
for partners in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
As you have probably already heard, the old red and orange pay slips will be replaced by the QR bill at the end of September. The requirements for the payment section vary depending on the variant that you have used. We have taken care of this issue and will of course provide you with a solution.
Why do I need a QR invoice?
In order to meet the requirements of the digital age, the QR invoice will finally be introduced at the end of September 2022. This replaces the various pay slips available on the market and thus simplifies payment transactions and increases efficiency. Customers can easily start and carry out the transfer of open invoices by scanning the QR code on the invoice.
How can I use the QR invoice via Eversports?
If you have only used the red pay slips so far, you don't have to worry about anything per se. In order to be able to use this variant of the QR bill correctly, we only need your IBAN, which we normally already have. Nevertheless, check briefly in Manager Settings > Master Data whether the IBAN is stored there. By the end of September at the latest, QR invoices will be issued automatically and attached to a new page when a sale is made without payment.
If you have used the orange pay slips until now, we need the QR-IBAN from you. You get this from your bank and can save it under Settings > Master data. If you have done this, a QR bill will be issued by the end of September at the latest (with QR-IBAN and created QR reference number) and attached to unpaid invoices.
