      Templates for your auto-mails

      Some examples of automatic emails

      We want to give you some tips on how to write successful auto-emails to your customers:

      • Keep it short and synthetic

      • Put direct links to activities or products.

      • Answers frequently asked questions (FAQ) on your website or on Eversports and add the link to this in the auto-email.

      • Use friendly casual style

      1) Sample email: "Before the first visit"


      Hello,

      We are happy to welcome you to the studio (...).


      Here are a few things to know before your first session:

      • Changing rooms and showers are available.

      • You can borrow a mat for free.

      • Remember to bring your towel and your water bottle.

      • Put on your favorite gym clothes - you should be able to move well and feel comfortable

      • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class.

      • Tea, coffee and cold drinks are available.

      • Classes are held with a minimum of 3 students. If the class is cancelled you will receive an email notification no later than 3 hours before the class. In this case, the class will be re-credited to your Eversports account.

      • By car: Street parking is free, but we advise you to come a bit in advance to find a spot. There is a big free parking next to the supermarket, then 5/8 minutes walk.

      2) Sample email: "Before the first online class"

      Hello,

      We are excited to have you online for your first class.

      Here is some practical information before the first class:

      • The tool used for the online classes is XXX. If necessary, download the software to your laptop, tablet or smartphone in advance.

      • The links are not sent by email but you will find them in your Eversports profile, in the "Reservations" tab, 15 minutes before the start of the class. More information about online courses through Eversports here.

      • In order to best guide you during the class, I advise you to turn on your video.

      • In order not to disturb the other participants during the course, please turn off the microphones.

      Now here are the tips for the first class:

      • Create your own quiet space with your mat.

      • Drinking is important, so don't forget to have some water near you.

      • Wear comfortable clothes.

      3) Sample email: "Follow-up email after the first visit"

      It's been a while since we've seen you at the studio!

      We noticed that you decided not to practice with us anymore. Is there a particular reason for this?

      We want to offer classes in a studio where you feel comfortable and enjoy practicing. Additionally, we are constantly working on ourselves to create your new "Happy Place", a studio that evolves according to your desires.

      We would be very happy if you could take 2 minutes of your time to tell us your wishes and suggestions for improvement.

      To thank you, we offer you a 10% discount on your next reservation. Send us an e-mail with the product you want and we will send you the coupon code.
