      Important Information About the Fee Adjustment 2025

      Dear Partner,

       

      We are contacting you with information about the upcoming annual fee adjustment. First of all, we would like to thank you for the great partnership in the past year. We are working hard to continue to be a strong partner in the coming year and to support you in successfully running your business. 

      For your planning purposes, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the contractually agreed annual index adjustment and pricing adjustment.

      We have decided not to adjust the online payment fees (transaction fees) and the fees for additionally purchased extensions (e.g. Zoom-API, MyClubs API, Classpass API etc) this year. Therefore, on 01.01.2025, there will be an adjustment of 4.90% made to your software fee only.

      One example how the Software fee will change after the indexation:

      Your current Softwarefee package is signed for the pricing of Starter
      Currently net € 89/month, this fee will be net € 93.40/month per month as of 1st of January 2025. This results in additional cost of 52.80 € per year. No other fees are affected by this fee adjustment.

      Why an annual price adjustment?

      We need to protect our prices from inflation and do not want to increase software fees by large amounts at irregular and unpredictable intervals like some other software companies. Instead, we want to make transparent price adjustments gradually, in smaller steps, and in such a way that they can be planned for by all parties.

       

      Will the fee adjustment always be made to the full extent possible according to the General Terms and Conditions?

      No. The GTCs describe the maximum fee adjustment. We understand the concerns of our partners and try to set fair and reasonable prices while protecting our prices from inflation. For example, we set last year's fee adjustment 3% lower than the maximum set in the T&C and this year we decided to adjust only the software fee and no other fees.

       

      Why an adjustment of 4.90%?

      The extent of the fee adjustment is based on the CPI 2015 (Consumer Price Index) published by the Austrian Central Statistical Office, with the index figure published for the month of your contract start date as the base. Up to three percentage points are added to the index figure calculated in this way, as inflation in the technology sector is higher than the average for all sectors of the economy. (higher cost increase for salaries, external services, etc.)
