How to Increase Your Marketing Communication Subscribers
Learn how to increase your marketing reach by enabling more customers to subscribe to your newsletters and promotions in Eversports
Reaching your customers effectively is key to growing your business. Customers can now subscribe to your marketing communication (newsletters, promotions, and updates) in more places than ever before. This means more opportunities to increase your subscriber base and keep your customers engaged.
New Subscription Opportunities for Customers
We have expanded the locations where customers can subscribe to your marketing communication:
1️⃣ During the Invitation Process
- When you invite a new customer to register on Eversports, they will now see an option to subscribe to your marketing communication.
2️⃣ After Booking (Checkout Page)
- At the final step of the booking process, after payment is completed, customers can opt-in to receive your marketing updates.
3️⃣ On Your Studio’s Profile Page
- Logged-in customers who have visited your studio before will see a "Subscribe" button directly on your Eversports profile page.
Best Practices to Increase Your Subscribers
✅ Promote Subscriptions in Your Customer Communication
- Send an operational email (not a marketing email) informing your customers that you share important updates, promotions, and newsletters via Eversports and encourage them to subscribe.
- Example:
"We regularly share exclusive promotions, news, and updates with our customers. If you'd like to stay informed, subscribe to our marketing communication via our Eversports profile page here: [Insert Studio Profile Link]." - ⚠️ Current limitation:
The subscribe button is only visible on your profile page to logged-in users who have previously visited your studio.
✅ Encourage Subscription After Booking
- Remind customers after a class or session that they can subscribe to stay up to date with special offers and events.
