Recover your access to your Eversports account
If you’ve lost your phone with the authenticator app, changed your mobile device, or want to transfer your authenticator app, don’t worry — you can recover access to your Eversports Manager safely by following these steps.
🧭 Step-by-step recovery process

Start the login process
Go to the Eversports Manager login page and enter your email address and password as usual. -
New view: 6-digit code required
You’ll now see a screen asking for your 6-digit verification code from the authenticator app.
Since you no longer have access, click on “I lost access to my authenticator.” -
Use a recovery code

If you have your recovery codes saved from the initial 2FA setup, enter one of them in the field provided.

Click “Confirm.” ✅ You’re now logged in!
After logging in, we recommend setting up your authenticator app again immediately on your new device.

No recovery codes available

If you don’t have your recovery codes anymore, click on “I’ve lost access to my recovery codes.”

A new screen will appear with a “Contact Support” button.

Click the button to reach our support team, who will help you verify your identity and restore access to your account securely.
