To allow your activities to be booked with your products (cards, memberships, etc.), you must link your products to the corresponding activities.
For example, if you create the activities “Yoga” and “Pilates” and the products “Single Yoga Class” and “10-Class Pilates Card,” ensure the Yoga products are linked to Yoga classes and Pilates products to Pilates classes. This ensures smooth booking for your clients.
1) Access your Products
Go to the Products menu, select either the Services or Memberships tab, and choose the product you want to link to activities, or create a new one:
- Click on an existing product to open it.
- If creating a new product, complete the general information before proceeding.
2) Add Activities in Participation Settings
Once you’re in the product settings, navigate to the Participation Settings section:
- Link Activities: Click Choose activities. A window will open, allowing you to select all activities that can be booked using this product.
- Filter by Category or Group: To simplify your search, filter activities by groups or categories.
- Confirm Choices: After selecting the activities, click Save.
3) Check Usage Rules
Still in the product’s Participation Settings, adjust the rules for how units can be used (see this article for an introduction to the different products):
- Units per Participation: Define how many units are required for each booking (default: 1).
- Validity Period: Set a validity period for the product.
- Participation Limits: Define participation limits for the product (e.g., one unit/participation per week).
4) Test Your Settings
To ensure everything works properly:
- Perform a test by simulating a booking with a linked product.
- Verify that the activity appears as bookable with the product.
5) Alternative Method: Check Linked Products in the Activities Menu
You can also verify or adjust the products linked to activities directly in the Activities menu:
- Go to Activities > Management.
- Click on an activity to open its settings.
- In the Rules section, you will see a list of linked products. You can add or remove products directly here.

- Regularly update your products and activities to avoid errors or confusion for your clients.
- Whenever you modify an activity or product, always check that the participation settings are correctly configured.
