Introduction to the Menu Products

Get to know the different product types

Products are what entitles you to participate in an activity, e.g. a 10-visit card. There are four different product types:

1. Services: Block Cards and Time Cards

Services are block cards and time cards and are prepaid products that customers purchase to attend activities. They are one-time payments, differing from memberships, which involve recurring payments.

  • Block cards: Allow a fixed number of activity attendances (e.g. a 10-class pass). Customers can book activities until the allotted number is exhausted. It's possible to optionally set a validity (e.g. a 10-class pass which is valid for 3 months)
  • Time cards: Grant access to activities within a specified time frame (e.g., monthly card).

Optionally, you can set booking rules for both cards, e.g. limit the card to a maximum of two participations per week.

2. Articles

Articles are physical items like merchandise or equipment (e.g. yoga mats, towels, drinks) You can rent or sell them on site. Articles cannot be sold online.

3. Memberships

Memberships are recurring subscriptions with customizable terms. With this function you can map all kinds of memberships e.g. those with a term of 6 months or those that extend monthly. Memberships can be purchased online by the customer as well as in the studio on-site. You have a variety of functions to make the membership as individual as possible. This includes, for example, the automatic renewal or the possibility to set booking rules (e.g. a maximum of two participations per week).

4. Vouchers

Vouchers are value vouchers, i.e. customers can buy a voucher for a certain monetary value (e.g. €50) or give it as a gift, which can then be redeemed when purchasing a service online or on site (e.g. a block card for €100). You can sell them both on site or online (more infos here).

5. Analysis

There is also the index tab Analysis, which helps you to gain insights into your sold products (e.g. check how many block cards are sold or which contract will expire soon).
