      🎥 New Videos Widget – Attract and Engage Your Online Audience

      With the Videos Widget, you can promote your on-demand content right on your website. Whether you're building a video library for yoga, fitness, or education, this widget gives your customers an easy way to browse, filter, and access your content.

      ✨ 1. Key Benefits at a Glance

      • Customizable Design: Adjust the appearance of your widget to align with your brand identity by modifying colors, fonts, and backgrounds.

      • Flexible Grouping: Group videos by category - such as “Relax at Home”, “Power Workouts”, or “Teacher Training” - and decide the order in which categories appear.

      • Multiple Custom Widgets: Create multiple widgets for your different marketing strategies, providing tailored experiences.

      • Combined View for Multi-Venue Studios: Option to represent videos from one or several of your venues in one widget.

      🧑‍💻 2. How to Set Up Your Videos Widget (Step-by-Step)

      1. Go to Settings > Widgets [NEW]
         In your Eversports Manager.
      2. Click “Create new widget”
        Start the setup process for a new widget.
      3. Select the “Videos” category

        This widget focuses on your on-demand video content, displayed in a clean card layout.

      4. Name your widget
        Choose a name that reflects its focus (e.g. “Online Yoga Library”)
        This name is only visible internally and helps you identify your widget later.

      🏢 3. Select Your Studio(s)

      If your company has multiple venues, you can choose which studio(s) to include in the widget.

      You can:

      • Show all video content across multiple venues

      • Or create studio-specific widgets as needed

      🧩 4. Choose Video Categories to Display

      Select one or more video categories you want to showcase in the widget.

      • Enable or disable video categories from your Manager
      • Drag and drop to reorder them
      • Each group name will be appear as a heading in the widget

      🎨 5. Customise the Widget Design

      Match the widget to your brand using the following design options:

      • Text (1): Category heading color

      • Background (2): Full widget background

      • Primary (3): Color used for the "Load more" button and active filters 

      • Card Text (4): Font color used inside the video cards 

      • Card Background (5): Background color of the video cards

      🔍 6. Preview and Save

      Once you're done setting up:

      • Click "Save widget"
      • Use the Preview link to see how the widget will look on your site.

      You can always come back and adjust things later in the Widget Overview.

      🎬 7. What Users Can See and Do

      When visiting your Videos widget, customers can:

      • Browse videos grouped by category, with videos ordered from newest to oldest 

      • Use filters to refine the selection by:

        • Teacher

        • Sport

        • Level

        • Duration

        • Language

      • Click “Go to My Videos” (top right) to access previously unlocked videos

      You can either embed this widget on your website or share it directly via a link - ideal for landing pages, social media, or email.
