Explanation of the different software packages and price levels of the Eversport Manager
The software fee for the Eversports Manager depends on the average number of bookings in your studio.
All bookings made online and in the Eversports Manager are used as a basis to calculate this number. This includes the booking of: courts, courses, classes, trainings, camps, events, workshops, educations, video recordings and free trainings.
Depending on the number of bookings, Eversports may perform an upgrade to a higher package or downgrade to a lower package. Bookings are reviewed by Eversports on a regular basis.
If the estimated/selected package does not correspond to the selected package (actual bookings are higher than foreseen in the selected package), the package will be upgraded accordingly. We will inform you about the package change and will implement the price change in the following month.
If you suspect that you need to be downgraded to a lower package due to a lower number of bookings, please contact us at [email protected] . We will review the request as soon as possible and adjust the package for future billing periods if necessary.
Review of the package placement
The review of the package placements works as follows:
Overview of current packages
Packages are set from 0-49 bookings (Light), 50-199 bookings (Starter), 200 - 599 (Accelerate) per month etc. at the time of Helpcenter article creation. (Left table)
However, as booking numbers can fluctuate, we only upgrade if the lower border of a higher package is exceeded by 20%. (Right table)
For a downgrade to a lower package, the bookings do not have to fall below a certain percentage. For example, for a downgrade from the Accelerate package to the Starter package, it is sufficient that the average booking numbers lie at 199 average bookings per month.

Example 1: Upgrade
The ABC studio was charged the first software fee in March. The studio was placed in the Accelerate Package (currently 200-599 bookings per month). When reviewed in December, it has recorded 760 average bookings per month - looking at the first 9 months of use. The studio is informed in December by Eversports about the upgrade to the Professional Package from January onwards. The lower border for the Professional Package is currently 600 average monthly bookings. If the booking average after 9 months had been 700 bookings, there would have been no upgrade, although the number of bookings is 16% higher than foreseen for the Accelerate package. However, an upgrade after 9 months only takes place if the booking average is 20% higher than another package.
Example 2: Downgrade
The XYZ studio received its first software fee invoice in March. The Studio is currently placed in the Accelerate Package (200-599 bookings per month). After seven months (September), the studio contacts us to ask for a review of its package placement. It has averaged 195 bookings per month from March to September. Accordingly, it is thus downgraded to the starter package. From October, the Studio will be charged the lower software price.
Details on the reviewing periods
1., First review of booking figures - 3 months after the first invoicing of the software fee
No package adjustments are made within the first 3 months of a studio. An official upgrade or downgrade can only take place after this initial period.
Example: The Billing of the software fee started in March. The next three months (March, April, May) are used to calculate the average number of bookings. In June, the bookings are reviewed. If they are at least 20% higher than the lower border of a higher package, you will be informed about the upgrade in June.
The package will be upgraded in July.
2., Ongoing review of booking figures
After the initial review, the booking figures are continuously monitored to ensure the package still reflects actual usage. If the studio has been live for less than 12 months, the average number of bookings over the most recent used months is considered. If this average exceeds the limit of the next higher package by more than 20%, you will be informed about an upgrade, which will take effect the following month.
Once the studio has been live for at least 12 months, the average number of the past year is used. If this average is at least 20% higher than the lower limit of the next higher package, you will be informed about the upgrade, which will also take effect the following month
