Checklist Before Going Online with Eversports Manager

Get Ready to Go Live - Your Eversports Setup Guide

Before launching your studio on the Eversports platform and app, ensure the following steps are completed. This guarantees a seamless booking experience for your clients and optimal functionality of your Eversports Manager.

Settings

  • Profile > Profile Picture Settings: Upload seven high-quality images (1 of your logo and 6 for the header) of your studio to improve your online presence.

  • Widget Integration: Embed your booking widget into your website to facilitate easy client bookings - Link.

  • Master data: Fill in all the required information, and make sure to check the standard VAT rate.


Products

  • Services & Memberships: Verify that all products (e.g., block cards, time cards, memberships) are correctly linked to their respective activities. Unlinked products will not be available for booking. 

  • Trial Offers: If offering trial sessions, set them up correctly - Link


Activities

  • Management: Ensure your activity schedule is organized. Merge recurring sessions into a single activity with multiple appointments to maintain a clean overview. This video shows you how to clean up the Tab Management and the following article shows you how to utilize batch editing feature to manage multiple appointments efficiently. 

  • Activity groups add colour to the calendar; please ensure that each activity is linked to its group.

Wallet

  • Online Payments: Activate your Eversports Wallet to enable online payment processing. This is essential for facilitating client transactions.


Customers

  • Invitation: Invite your clients to activate their Eversports accounts, allowing them to book activities and manage their profiles - Link.

After completing all the above steps, your Eversports Manager is ready to go live.
