Checklist Before Going Online with Eversports Manager
Get Ready to Go Live - Your Eversports Setup Guide
Before launching your studio on the Eversports platform and app, ensure the following steps are completed. This guarantees a seamless booking experience for your clients and optimal functionality of your Eversports Manager.
☑ Settings
Profile > Profile Picture Settings: Upload three high-quality images of your studio to improve your online presence.
Widget Integration: Embed your booking widget into your website to facilitate easy client bookings - Link.
Master data: Fill in all the required information, and make sure to check the standard VAT rate.
☑ Products
Services & Memberships: Verify that all products (e.g., block cards, time cards, memberships) are correctly linked to their respective activities. Unlinked products will not be available for booking.
Trial Offers: If offering trial sessions, set them up correctly - Link.
☑ Activities
Management: Ensure your activity schedule is organized. Merge recurring sessions into a single activity with multiple appointments to maintain a clean overview. This video shows you how to clean up the Tab Management and the following article shows you how to utilize batch editing feature to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
☑ Wallet
Online Payments: Activate your Eversports Wallet to enable online payment processing. This is essential for facilitating client transactions.
☑ Customers
Invitation: Invite your clients to activate their Eversports accounts, allowing them to book activities and manage their profiles - Link.
