Understand the Walk-in Customer Function
Sell items to the walk-in customer / walk-in client
Under the menu Customers in your Eversports Manager or under Financials > Selling you may already have noticed a customer named "Walk-in Customer"/"Walk-in Client":

This customer profile is automatically created by the system when you book a purchase to a walk-in client in the Manager:

The main purpose of the walk-in customer is to allow you to manually enter sales of items (such as articles like mats, drinks) or vouchers to customers who are not registered in your Manager.
However, we recommend adding the person as a real customer in the system, especially if they may want to purchase additional products or continue participating in your classes in the future.
If you do not have a customer's email address, it's still better to create a customer profile using their first and last name (even without an email).
