Recurring registrations

Sign in customers for a series of class appointments

When your customers participate in the same class with you on a weekly basis, you can register them for this class (or training) several weeks ahead of time. This guarantees their spot and eliminates the need for them to sign up each week.

1. How do I create a recurring registration?

  • Go to the Sign-in of the activity session and add the customer.
  • Click on the three dots  and choose  Recurring sign in.
  • In the next step choose whether the registration should repeat weekly or every 2  weeks. Choose the end date for the recurring registration or select the total number of sessions for which the registration should continue.
  • Next you see a preview of all the dates. You can use the check boxes to exclude dates for which the customer should not be signed in.

 

IMPORTANT: All credits are deducted immediately when booking the class sessions. Make sure the customer has a valid product and enough credits for the entire period of recurring registration.


 

2. How do I sign the customer out of recurring sessions?

This works similar to making the recurring registration.

  • Go to the Sign-in of the relevant class and click on the three dots close to the customer and choose  Sign out.
  • The pop-up window will display all the dates for which the customer is currently signed in. You can use the check boxes to select the specific dates on which you wish to sign out the customer.
  • If applicable, you can choose the late cancellation option so that the credits are still deducted for these sessions.
  • Click on the red button Unsubscribe from sessions chosen.
