Sign out and Late Cancellation
How to remove a customer from an activity
If you want to remove participants from an activity, go to the Sign-In of the respective activity session:
By clicking on the three dots next to the respective customer, you can select the option Sign out:
Note:
1. There is no option to sign out customers who booked via an aggregator API (e.g. USC, Wellpass, MyClubs).
2. If necessary, you can sign out customers also after the activity has taken place.
You have two options to remove the customer from the active participants' list:
A. Regular cancellation
The participant will be removed from the selected appointment and will be credited with the respective unit on their product (e.g. 10-visit card). The spot is available again and can be booked by another customer.
Example: a customer has missed the cancellation deadline and lets you know that they will not attend. On goodwill you do not charge them for the participation and only sign them out. The spot will therefore become available for another customer to book.
B. Late cancellation
The participant will be removed from the selected appointment, and their participation will be deducted from their product (e.g. 10-visit card) without being credited back. Consequently, the spot will become available for another customer to book.
Example: a customer has missed the cancellation deadline and lets you know that they will not attend. You want to charge them nevertheless and at the same time make sure that the spot becomes available for another customer.
