How can I change or delete my credit card?

Edit or remove your credit card details

In case you have saved your credit card in your Eversports profile, it is still possible to remove it afterwards or simply change it, in case the current credit card is no longer active.

Removing a Saved Credit Card

Via the Eversports App:

Log into your Eversports profile and click on the menu tab Profile > Edit Personal Data > Payment options. 

Or via the Eversports website:

Log into your Eversports profile and click on the menu tab Profile > Payment methods.

Here you will find the information on your saved credit cards. You can now delete your old credit card and even add a new one.

ImportantIt is not possible to delete a credit card currently linked to an active membership, you can only change it (see instructions below).

If you wish to completely remove a card, the active membership must first be terminated.  During the runtime of a membership, despite being already terminated, the credit card is still linked to the membership and cannot be removed during the membership runtime. The credit card can only be removed once the membership is not active anymore.
For more information on terminating your membership, please contact the studio where the membership was purchased.


Changing the Credit Card Linked to an Active Membership

To change the credit card linked to an active membership on the website, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Eversports profile and go to the My Passes and Memberships tab. There, you will find all the details of your active passes and memberships.

  • In your active Memberships section, click on View
     

  • In Your payment method, click on Edit

  • Select or add your new credit card and save. 

Please note: A credit card cannot be changed, once the membership is terminated. If a credit card needs to be changed after a membership termination, then please contact the studio directly to lift the termination temporarily, so the credit card can be changed. After the credit card change is done, please inform the studio again, because they have to manually enter the previous termination.
