How to Cancel Your Membership via the Eversports Website or App

Terminating memberships

You can cancel your Eversports membership either through the website or the app but only if it was purchased online. Follow the instructions below depending on the platform you’re using.

Important:

If your membership was purchased directly at the studio or sports venue (i.e. not online via Eversports), it cannot be cancelled online. In this case, please contact the studio directly in writing.

Cancel Your Membership via the Eversports Website

To cancel your membership through the website:

  • Go to eversports.com and log in with your email address.
  • Click on My Passes & Memberships from the menu.

  • Find your active membership and click on View.

  • You will see your membership details, cancellation policy, and a Cancel Membership button.

  • Confirm the cancellation. The system will then show your official cancellation date and how long the membership remains valid.



Cancel Your Membership via the Eversports App

To cancel your membership via the mobile app:

  • Open the Eversports App and log in to your account.
  • Go to Profile > My Passes and Memberships.

  • Tap Details next to your membership.

  • Here you’ll see the option to Cancel Membership.

Important: This only applies if you purchased the membership online and not directly at the studio. For memberships bought directly at a studio, contact them directly.

After you confirm the cancellation. The app will display the end date of your membership.

After the Cancellation

Once you’ve successfully cancelled your membership, you’ll see:

  • The cancellation confirmation

  • The final valid date of your membership

This information will remain visible in your My Passes & Memberships section.

📩 You should receive a cancelation confirmation mail, if the online-termination was successful.
