      Announce Eversports to your customers via newsletter

      Inform your customers about the upcoming invitation mail - template

      Before migrating your studio to Eversports, make sure to inform your customers about the upcoming change.

      Example: Newsletter announcement

      Please find below a short suggestion text that you can use when announcing the migration to Eversports to your customers.

      TIP: Feel free to use the links to your Eversports profile, widget (calendar) or app profile. You can find the links in the menu Settings > Profile.

       

      Dear customers,

      We would like to present you our new booking and management tool Eversports soon.

      We will send an invitation of the Eversports software to your e-mail address soon.
      All you need to do is click on the verification link that you see on the e-mail and create an Eversports account. In case you have already an Eversports account, you will not be requested to create a new one.
      In future, you can log into our schedule or the Eversports app with your email address and password. You will be provided with an overview of your bookings, products and you can manage your visits by yourself.

      Why Eversports and what are your advantages?

      • With Eversports you are able to conveniently book your classes at any time

      • You can easily purchase products online (single ticket, block cards, time cards, memberships) via a secure payment provider and get immediately your invoice

      • Your data is protected according to the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be used for other purposes

      • Through the Eversports app (on iOS and Android), you can effortless manage your personal visits. You can directly see all your previous bookings and products, how many open units you still have available and for how long your product cards are still valid

      • You can individually decide whether your bookings will be exported to your personal Google calendar. Thereby you will be remembered to your participation on time

      • When booking a class, a fixed space will be guaranteed.
