Before switching your studio to Eversports, it's important to inform your customers in advance about the upcoming change.
To help you with this, we have provided a sample newsletter template below that you can customise and send out.
Tip: Include direct links to your Eversports profile, booking widget (calendar), or app page to make it even easier for your customers. You can find these links in your Eversports account under Settings > Profile.
Dear customers,
We are excited to let you know that we'll soon be using Eversports, our new booking and management system.
Very shortly, you will receive an invitation email from Eversports. Please click the verification link in that email to create your personal Eversports account. If you already have an Eversports account, you won't need to create a new one.
Once registered, you can log in via our schedule or the Eversports app using your email and password. From there, you'll have full access to your bookings, memberships, products, and you can manage your visits by yourself - all in one place.
