Before the year 2023 comes to an end, we want to highlight the latest updates that help you finish the year with a bang and start well into the new year. We first talk about the improvements in the Manager, and then about the updates that help your customers.
Improving your Eversports Manager
Increased performance and stability
To make sure you can enjoy your Christmas holidays we’ve been working on several performance and stability enhancements, which improved your experience in the following areas:
- Faster sign-ins
- Faster customer overview & and customer export
- Faster cash ledger
- Faster product analysis
- Faster loading of unpaid invoices
For the customer export, we’ve adapted the process so that you receive the customer export file once ready via email.
Please note that through the improvements we had to disable the product selection within the booking history of a customer. If you want to change a product of a specific booking of a customer, please click on the “Sign-In” Button right next to the booking and assign or change the product there.

Improvements for your customers
Improved design for gift vouchers and studio-branded login page
Gift vouchers become a more and more popular Christmas present. Therefore, we have visually improved the gift vouchers that you offer to your customers. They are optimized for printing and have a new modern and clean look. Here you can see an example of such a gift voucher that is a popular gift for Christmas:
Note: Voucher pictures are not covered by any text anymore. Therefore, please review the current voucher pictures that you offer in Products > Vouchers to ensure your customers create beautiful gift vouchers for their dear ones.
To buy those vouchers (or any other products) users need to sign up if they don’t have an account yet or to login into their account. This authentication page of your booking widget has been updated and improved. In detail, we have minimized the promotion of Eversports branding, ensuring that your logo is now the central feature. This provides a more branded experience for your customers during login and registration.
Enhancing friends' connections and shared content among friends through the notification center
Your community is a valuable customer acquisition channel for you, if not the most valuable one - so you should focus on your community in 2024. With the recently promoted friends connections via the Eversports app, we offer an easy way for your community to connect and get inspired by their friends’ activities. Through this connection, bookings or activities can easily be shared among friends. To further improve this process, we have recently introduced a notification center that allows them to view all recent notifications, to make sure they don’t miss out on e.g. invitations to activities of their friends, new friend requests, etc. Also, other push notifications that they have received (e.g. free spot on the waiting list, appointment cancellations, etc.) can be found there.
