      Prepare your Eversports Manager for the Fitogram migration

      With this article you can already complete some tasks in your Eversports Manager before your data is transferred from Fitogram to Eversports

      Remember to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as a browser, as our past experience has shown that these work best with your Eversports Manager.

      To log in, open this link in your browser: app.eversportsmanager.com.

      1) A very important step: verify your online payment wallet

      In order to receive online payments, it is particularly important that you verify your online wallet. This only needs to be done once at the beginning. Have a picture (.jpeg or .png) of your passport, driver's license or ID card ready, as this will be required for verification. You can find more information here.

      Before you start with your Eversports Manager, it is important that all your data is complete and up-to-date. You should therefore make sure that:

      3) Link data protection and terms and conditions

      In Settings / Permissions & Privacy you can add a link to your terms and conditions and privacy policy. If your customers book online, they must accept your privacy policy and terms and conditions during the booking process. If a customer has not yet accepted your current terms and conditions, you will find a blue symbol in the sign-in on site (in the manager). You can change the status to accepted directly in the sign-in. You can find more information here.

      4) Inform our Onboarding Team about your planned migration date

      We would appreciate it if you could contact our onboarding team to let us know when you plan to migrate your data between Fitogram and Eversports. You can write to us quickly in the chat (you can find the bubble at the bottom right) or via email to support@eversports.com. Our team will be happy to check whether the first three steps have been successfully completed and nothing stands in the way of the planned migration.
