Prepare your Eversports Manager for the Fitogram migration
This articles give you an overview of steps to do check before the migration from Fitogram to the Eversports
1. A very important step: verify your Online Payment Wallet
To receive payouts for online payments, it’s especially important to verify your Online Wallet. This only needs to be done once at the beginning. Have a picture (.jpeg or .png) of your passport, driver’s license, or ID card ready, as it is required for verification. Here you can find more detailed information.

Before getting started with your Eversports Manager, it is important that all your data is complete and up to date. Make sure that:
3. Link your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
Under Settings > Permissions & Privacy, you can add a link to your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. When your customers book online, they must accept these terms during the booking process. On-site (in the Manager), you will see a blue icon in the sign-in area if a customer has not yet accepted your current terms. You can mark their status as accepted directly in the sign-in.
