Share your Products Online - Shop Overview

This guide explains how to effectively showcase and sell your products through the Eversports online shop.

1. Create products and set them online

Create all your block cards and time cards as well as your memberships.

Assign each service to a service group. You can do that in the settings of each service by clicking on the pencil symbol (image below).

  • Group name: This name will appear as a heading, under which all products in this group are summarized. Choose a specific name, e.g. "Beginner products" for all your entry-level products such as trial lessons.
  • Group colour: This is only relevant for your internal product overview.
  • Ranking in the shop: There are two options to influence the ranking.
    • Option A: If you create several product groups, you can decide which group should be displayed first, second, third etc. This change does not apply for the Eversports marketplace but the app and the old Widget.

    • Option B: With the new Widget (Settings>New Widget) you can order your products manually by dragging the different product groups in your desired order (See screenshot).

Assigning products to service groups helps organise your shop and enhances customer navigation.

2. Link the shop on your website

In the menu Products you will find a link symbol in the upper right corner (see screenshot). By clicking on Preview you can open the shop, with a click on copy link you can copy the shop link on your website. On top of this you can also create your own price widget (Settings>New Widget) in which you visualize all of your offer.

You can link your shop to your website, the same way it works for the widget.

Linking your shop on your website offers several advantages:

  • Your participants have a good overview of the products you offer

  • Your participants can buy a product without having to sign in for a class

  • You make it easy for your participants to navigate your website. The faster they find something, the happier they will be with your website

  • You can share the shop link in your newsletter or social media posts
