Here you can learn which activity reports you can download and where to do so.
Where can I find the activity reports?
In the menu Analytics > Reports you can find an overview of all the available activity reports. You can select reports based on data either of all activities or a specific activity type:
In this section you can find all available activity reports and a description of what they entail.
Here is a list of all currently available activity reports:
- Active appointments & registrations
- All appointments & registrations
- Booking list
- List of active bookings
- Cancellations (all cancellations, late cancellations, on-time cancellations)
- Utilization report
- No-shows
Depending on the specific activity type (classes, trainings, courses, etc.), you can also find the following reports:
- Active appointments & registrations
- Utilization
- No-shows
To export a report for any specific activity types, make sure to click on the wanted option first:
Where can I download an activity report?
In order to download the desired report, you have to click on the respective green, underlined report name, which will result in either of the two following scenarios:
A. For some reports, you will be automatically redirected to the respective Activies - section, where you can then define the timeframe to which the specific data should refer to:
You will then be able to download the report in question directly to your computer.
B. For other reports, a pop-up window will open asking you to specify your reporting needs and the desired time frame:
Once you have clicked on Export, you will receive an email with the report file's download link to your email address after a few minutes.
How can I open the downloaded CSV-file?
You can now open the downloaded file on the program you are using (Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets etc.) and use the filters of your choice.
NOTE: If you open the file in Excel or Google Sheets, you may see everything in one column.
To fix this, go to:
-
Google Sheets: Go to File > Import > Upload and upload the file here. Then change the separator type from auto-detect to custom and select as separator the semicolon (see image below).
-
Excel: Select the first column of the Excel sheet and go to Data > Text to Columns.
A pop-up will appear where you can select a separator. Select as separator the semicolon (see image below).
