What are the benefits of the new extension?

The Eversports Manager takes communication with your customers to a new level. With our new communication extension, you can create impressive emails and newsletters using a simple drag-and-drop editor and send them directly through the Eversports Manager. This boosts customer engagement and strengthens your relationship with them. Additionally, sending newsletters and emails directly via the Eversports Manager helps you save costs, as there's no need for external email marketing tools.

  • All-in-One Solution: Manage your email communication, including newsletters, directly within the Eversports Manager in one central place. Subscriber and unsubscriber lists are automatically synchronized with your Eversports Manager.
  • Targeted Communication and Email Insights: Refine target groups using customer filters for personalized and focused communication. Gain insights into which emails perform well and attract the most interest from your customers, and leverage these insights for future campaigns.

The new feature is available as a paid extension in the Eversports Marketplace (free until 31st December, 2024). Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about the pricing of this extension.

What does the new extension cost?

The new feature is available as a paid extension in the Eversports Market with a monthly fee ranging from €5 to a maximum of €50.

The costs are calculated based on the number of customers who have opted to receive messages and are thus "contactable":

Which customers are considered for pricing?

The costs are calculated based on the number of customers who have opted to receive at least one of the following communication preferences:

  • Marketing Communication:
    • Marketing communications are commercial in nature and promote your services, products, and events. They help you stay in touch with your customers and increase your revenue.
    • Examples: newsletters, promotions, special offers, automated marketing emails (e.g., birthday greetings), emails through the "Segments" feature
  • Important Updates and Information:
    • These are operational emails used to inform your customers about important updates, changes, and reminders regarding your facility. They help keep your customers informed
    • Examples: Activity participation updates, automated messages and reminders for bookings and purchases (e.g., product expiration notifications), changes in opening hours or schedules, vacation and holiday notices, other operationally relevant notifications

Note: Transactional emails are mandatory and not included in the pricing calculation.

  • Transactional emails: these include booking confirmations, invoice emails, invitation emails, cancellation confirmations

Important: For pricing, each customer is counted only once, regardless of:

  • How many emails are sent to them, or
  • How many communication preferences they have subscribed to (e.g., marketing, important updates).

This means we only count the number of unique contactable customers.

What about customers who have been inactive for a long time?

We recommend sending emails only to customers for whom the information is truly relevant to maintain engagement rates.

  • Customers who accept "Marketing Communication" are all considered in the pricing calculation.
  • For customers who accept "Important Updates and Information," only those who have been active in the last 12 months (e.g., visited your facility) are included in the price calculation.

How is the price charged?

The usage fee is invoiced at the beginning of the following calendar month. Example: Your usage in November will appear on the December invoice.

We calculate the number of unique contactable customers on the day of invoicing.

Can I continue using the current auto-emails without activating the communication extension?

Yes, you can continue using the current auto-emails without activating the new "Communication" extension.

However, in the future, many new features related to auto-emails will only be available to studios that activate the new extension.
