Flexible ticketing for courses, events & workshops - how to set up and manage the system in Eversports Manager.
1. Explanation of the ticket system
Eversports Manager offers a flexible ticketing system tailored for multi-session activities such as workshops, courses, retreats, camps, and events. This system allows you to create various ticket types, including single-session, combination, and full-event tickets.
Why use the ticket system?
Unlike standard product-based bookings, the ticket system is designed specifically for time-bound, multi-session events. Key benefits:
-
Customisable Ticket Options: Create tickets for individual sessions, specific combinations of sessions, or the entire event.
-
Integrated Pricing Strategies: Implement Early Bird and Last Minute pricing to incentivise bookings.
-
Simplified Refund Process: If a participant cancels within the allowed period, the monetary value is refunded directly, without affecting their product balance.
Note: Once you choose to use tickets for an activity, this setting cannot be changed later.
2. Setting Up the Ticket System
2.1. Configure Activity Settings
When creating a new multi-session activity:
-
Basic Information: Enter the activity name, description, and other relevant details.
