Which Customer Segments Can I Message with the New Filters?
Discover how to use the new filters to segment your customers, re-engage inactive users, and personalize your communication strategy.
With the newly introduced Product Purchase Filter and improvements to existing filters, you now have more flexibility than ever to segment your customers based on their activity and purchasing behavior.
Additionally, we have introduced pre-built filter presets, making it easier to target specific customer groups to help you start off easily.
What’s New?
✅ Product Purchase Filter – Target customers based on specific passes or memberships they have purchased.
✅ Multiple Use of the Same Filter Type – You can now apply the same filter more than once, allowing for more precise segmentation.
✅ Filter Presets – Ready-made customer segments that help you get started quickly.
New Customer Segments You Can Use
With these improvements, providers can now filter customer groups that were previously not possible to define, including:
🆕 New Customers: Customers who had their first visit within the last 30 days.
🎯 First-Timers: Customers who will have their first-ever visit in the next 30 days
🔄 Active Customers: Customers who visited multiple times in the past AND at least once in the last 30 days.
🚨 Slipping Away Customers: Customers whose last visit was more than 30 days ago and have no future bookings.
Use Cases: How Can I Target These Segments?
📩 Reactivating Inactive Customers
- "Find customers who haven't visited in the last 90 days and offer them a special discount to return."
📩 Upselling Memberships
- "Identify customers who purchased a drop-in or a 5-class pass and suggest a membership plan."
📩 Welcoming New Customers
- "Send onboarding emails to customers who had their first visit in the last 30 days."
📩 Encouraging First-Timers
- "Remind customers about their upcoming first visit and provide helpful information."
