1. Strengthening Customer Retention with Eversports Manager

The following tools help you stay connected with your customers and motivate them to return:

  • Automated emails for expiring block cards and time cards
  • Automated emails for expiring memberships
  • Welcome emails before a customer's first visit 
  • Discount codes for block cards and time cards
  • Filters to view new members from the last 7 or 30 days

Recent Improvements

  • Better Overview of New Customers in Sign-in Lists:
    In your class sign-in, you can now instantly recognise first-time visitors The notification appears if the customer has been marked as present for any previous session.
    • The "New" label stays visible until their first recorded visit.

    • If you operate multiple locations, the notification applies to the first visit at each location.

Tip: Click on the New label to discover useful tips for building strong relationships with first-time customers.

  • Improved Automated Emails for Block Cards and Time Cards
    You can set automated emails to be sent after the visit, not just after the booking. This is ideal for welcoming trial participants and informing them about your offers. For example, use discount codes to encourage purchasing block cards or time cards, or simply ask for feedback about their first experience.

  • Follow-up Email After First Visit
    Many first-time visitors hesitate to book again immediately. With our new automated follow-up email:
    • Customers who haven't made a second booking within 7 days of their first visit receive a gentle reminder.
    • This includes visits to all your locations if you manage multiple studios.
    → Activate this feature under Marketing > Auto-emails. If you don't yet see the Marketing menu, you can enable it for free in the Market menu. 

  • Birthday Emails for Your Customers
    Surprise your customers on their birthday with an automated email. You can also include promotional codes as a small gift.

The Eversports Marketplace helps you attract new customers to your studio through increased online visibility - without any upfront marketing costs. A small commission is only charged when a new customer makes a successful booking via the platform.
