      Guide for your customers: find now your studio on Eversports!

      Your studio is now using Eversports booking software. Learn here how to get started

      Your favorite studio is now using Eversports booking software.
      In this article, we will show you how to navigate in your Eversports account.

      Follow these steps to start using your Eversports:

      1. Accept the invitation of the studio and create an account

      If your studio sent you an invitation per email, you can click on the invitation link in the email. Check your spam inbox too!

      From now on you will be able to log in with your email address and password.
      Login via eversports.com or on the Eversports app.

      NOTE: The invitation link in the email cannot be used afterwards to log in.

      2) Login to your Eversports profile

      You can now login to your Eversports profile. Go to the website of your studio's website > schedule. Click on "Login/Register" to log in.

      Or go to the Eversports website (eversports.com). You find the login on the upper right corner.

      3. Find your current products

      If you had a valid product (block card of a membership) at the studio, you can find it directly in the tab "Products & Memberships".

      IMPORTANT: If you can't find a current product, please contact your sports studio directly.

      4. Book an activity

      In order to book a class, you can go to the website of the studio and can simply click on the activity of your choice in the schedule:

      Otherwise, you can go to the Eversports website (eversports.com), find the profile of the studio, and then choose the tab of the activities of your choice, for example "Classes", "Workshop":

      5. Find your bookings and follow online classes

      You will find all your future and past bookings in the tab "Bookings". Here you can also cancel your bookings. Learn here how to cancel your bookings.

      If you booked an online class, you find in the tab "Bookings" the links to the online streaming. Links are not sent by email.

      6. Download the application

      You can also download the Eversports app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to book, purchase and and follow your online classes on your cell phone or tablet.
