How to sign out of an activity
Sign out from an activity that you will not attend
Check the Sign-out (Cancellation) Regulation
If you already booked a class but can not participate, you have the possibility to sign out of an activity.
Each studio sets its own rules. Most sign-out deadlines are 24 hours before the class starts - but this can vary. You’ll always see the exact deadline during the booking process.
If the sign-out deadline has passed, signing out via browser is no longer possible. You can still sign out via the app as a late sign-out (see below).
Step-by-Step: How to Sign Out
- Log in to your Eversports account.
- Click your name in the top-right corner.
- Select My Bookings from the menu.
- Find the class you want to sign out of and click to open it.
- Confirm your sign-out.

Once complete, the class will no longer appear in your list of upcoming bookings.
Late Cancellation (App and Web Only)
If you missed the regular deadline, you can still sign out of the class via the Eversports App or the Eversports Marketplace (www.eversports.com). This is called a late cancelation.
Your spot will be released so someone else can book it.
Please note: The credit used for the booking will not be refunded in case of a late cancelation.
In the section My Bookings you choose from which class you want to sign out and confirm your cancellation.
Afterwards you can not see this class anymore in your overview.

If you’re unable to sign out or are unsure about the deadline, please contact the studio directly. They can let you know whether a manual sign-out is still possible.
As the software provider, we’re not authorised to make exceptions or process sign-outs on behalf of the studio. Only the studio, as the organiser of the class, can make such decisions and also perform the manual cancelation in their own system.
