Delete Your Eversports Account (for Customers)

In this article, you’ll learn how to delete your personal Eversports customer account – either directly via the app or by contacting our support team.

Delete Your Account via the App

You can delete your Eversports account easily and directly within the Eversports app:

Open the Eversports app on your smartphone.
Tab on your profile (bottom right).
Select Edit Personal Data.
Scroll to the bottom and tap on Delete User Account.
Confirm the deletion.

Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, booking history, and saved information. This action cannot be undone.

Web Version: Manual Deletion Required

In the web version of Eversports, it is not possible to delete your account yourself. If you're using the desktop version, please contact our support team at help@eversports.com. We’ll initiate the deletion process for you manually. Once initiated by contacting support, the deletion process can take up to 30 days.

Important Note for Existing Bookings

If you have made bookings with our partner studios or sports providers, we kindly ask that you contact the provider directly to request the deletion of your data in their system as well.

Note: As the software provider, Eversports acts solely as an intermediary.
We are not authorized to modify or delete personal data stored in the systems of individual partner studios or sports providers.
