How to Send Targeted Emails Using Customer Segments

Use Segments in Eversports Manager to personalize your communication and strengthen customer engagement

Make the most of the Communication feature in the Marketing section to reach your customers professionally and effectively.
Use a wide range of filters and newsletter design options to tailor your message and deliver engaging, targeted communication - directly from within Eversports.

What are Customer Segments?

In the Customers > Segments tab of our Manager, you can send personalized emails to specific groups of customers. This feature helps you tailor your messages, making your communication more relevant and effective.

Segmented communication allows you to:

  • Engage the right customers at the right time
  • Personalize messages based on customer behavior
  • Increase retention and satisfaction through meaningful contact

Overview of Available Segments

Here's a breakdown of the segments you'll find:

  • New Leads: Customers who have their first booking scheduled within the next 30 days.
  • New Customers: Customers who had their first booking within the last 30 days.
  • Active Customers: Customers whose first booking was more than 30 days ago and who booked at least once in the past 30 days.
  • Active Members: Customers who currently have an active membership.
  • Terminating Members: Customers who still have a valid membership, but it has already been canceled.
  • Slipping away customers: Customers who haven't booked or attended any activity in the last 30 days.

Tip: Want to create your own categories and tag your customers accordingly?
With the Customer Tags feature, you can now easily organize your customer base using custom tags such as “Students”, “Seniors”, and more. This makes it simple to target specific groups when sending messages through the communication extensions.

Track Communication in Customer History

You can always review which messages were sent to a customer:

  • Or navigate to Customers Overview, open a profile, and select the Communication tab.

This helps ensure transparency and track interactions made via mail.
