Segments

Sent personalized emails to different customer segments.

In the tab Segments you can sent personalized emails to specific customer segments. You can find this tab in menu Customers.

You can use these segments to sent more targeted emails and communicate with your customers within the manager. 

Here is an overview of the different segments:
  • New leads: customers with their first booking within the next 30 days.
  • New customers: customers who have had their first booking within the last 30 days.
  • Active customers: customers whose first booking is longer ago than 30 days and who have had at least one booking within the last 30 days.

  • Active members: these are all customers who still have a currently valid membership with you.

  • Terminating members: these are all customers who still have a valid membership, but this has already been cancelled.

  • Customers slipping away : customers who haven’t attended an activity in the last 14 days.

 


How to write a segmented email


First you select one of the Segments, then you see the customers appear that are part of this customer segment. 
You can select specific customers in this list or you can select all customers at once. 


Optional: You can filter within the segmented group on gender, customergroup, aggregator, and amount of bookings. 



After selecting the right customers you click on 'write emails to x customers': 


Then a pop-up appears and you can write a message and then sent it to this segment. 

NOTE: If you are not able to sent an email check the following things; If you copy / paste text in the email then make sure you paste it without the values. If you add links make sure they are correct. Check if you are using any special characters that are not an option in our text editor. 

Customer History


You can find which messages have been sent to specific customers in their communication history by clicking on their name within the Segments page or to go to the communication tab in their customer profile. 



This can also be found in the customer details of a customer in menu Customers > Overview. Here you got to the communications history via the tab Communication.
