If you're currently using the old Eversports widgets, it’s time to switch. This guide walks you through the differences and explains the benefits of the new Widget generation — so you can make the best decision for your studio.

  • After May 31, 2026 old widget links will no longer work as direct booking or purchase links
  • Customers will instead be redirected to your Widget Overview
  • You should replace old Widget links and embeds with the new individual Widgets or Widget Overview
  • Only new Widgets work as direct booking or purchase links (individual widgets like Schedule, Price, Vouchers, or the Widget Overview)
  • The new Widgets were released in Autumn 2025, the Widget Overview was added in Spring 2026

The new widgets aren’t just a design refresh — they solve real business needs.

  • Support multi-venue studios 
  • Let you create multiple widgets for different use cases (e.g. teacher-specific calendars, student pricing, etc.)
  • Offer built-in customization without needing CSS
  • Prepare for future browser updates that limit iframe use

✨ What’s New and Helpful in the New Widgets?

  • Create multiple widgets for different needs
     Want a calendar just for one teacher? A pricing page only for student passes? You can now create multiple widgets of the same type — each tailored to a specific use case.
  • Set the display order of items
     Decide which services or events you want to show first. Perfect for highlighting special offers or prioritizing core classes.
  • Customize with clicks, not code
     Use built-in design settings to match your widget to your website — no need to involve a developer.
  • Work seamlessly across devices
     No iframes = no mobile issues. The new widgets are fast, responsive, and ready for future web standards.

In Spring 2026 the Widget Overview was released as an addition to the new widgets, and gives you the option to show your new widgets together in one place. It does not replace the individual widgets you might have already created and added to your Website (Schedule, Pricing, Gift Vouchers, etc.).

  • Old Widget vs. New Widget:

    • Old Widget: one combined view with tabs (Schedule, Prices, etc.) and big studio logo

    • New Widgets: individual view of the Schedule, Prices, Vouchers, etc. with a more modern layout

    🔁 How to Replace iFrames with New Widgets

    Making the switch is simple:

    1. Remove the old iframe code from your site
    2. Add the new widget code <div> from Eversports Manager
      (add the script <script> only once per page)
    3. Save, preview, done ✅

    ⏳ Start making the switch as soon as possible

    If you are a studio venue keep the deprecation timeline in mind and replace your old widget links with new ones.

    • ⚙️ October 1, 2025: Old Widget settings page will no longer be available in your Eversports Manager
    • ❌ May 31, 2026: Old widget will be altogether deprecated (and can only be used for Court Bookings)
