If you're currently using the old Eversports widgets, you may be wondering whether it’s time to switch. This guide walks you through the differences and explains the benefits of the new generation — so you can make the best decision for your studio.
💡 Why Did We Create New Widgets?
The new widgets aren’t just a design refresh — they solve real business needs.
They were built to:
- Make your website faster and more mobile-friendly
- Support multi-venue studios
- Let you create multiple widgets for different use cases (e.g. teacher-specific calendars, student pricing, etc.)
- Offer built-in customization without needing CSS
- Prepare for future browser updates that limit iframe use
Whether you're growing your team or running special campaigns, the new widgets give you the tools to showcase your offerings clearly and flexibly.

✨ What’s New and Helpful in the New Widgets?
- Create multiple widgets for different needs
Want a calendar just for one teacher? A pricing page only for student passes? You can now create multiple widgets of the same type — each tailored to a specific use case. - Set the display order of items
Decide which services or events you want to show first. Perfect for highlighting special offers or prioritizing core classes. - Customize with clicks, not code
Use built-in design settings to match your widget to your website — no need to involve a developer. - Work seamlessly across devices
No iframes = no mobile issues. The new widgets are fast, responsive, and ready for future web standards.
⏳ When Should You Wait?
Hold off switching if your studio relies heavily on:
- Vouchers
-
Videos / Video Library
These features are currently being developed for the new widgets and will be available soon. In the meantime, it's perfectly fine to use a mix of old and new widgets on your website.
🔁 How to Replace iFrames with New Widgets
Making the switch is simple:
- Remove the old iframe code from your site
- Add the new widget code (<div>) from Eversports Manager
- Add the Eversports script (only once per page)
- Save, preview, done ✅

🔗 Linking to Subpages (Workshops, Courses, etc.)
If you used to rely on iframe navigation to direct users to specific subpages, you can now create direct links using URL parameters like this:
Base example:
https://www.eversports.com/widget/w/your-id?list=workshop
Available options:
- ?list=workshop
- ?list=class
- ?list=course
- ?list=training
- ?list=voucher
- ?list=recording
- ?list=education
