With Eversports Manager, you can decide to have different ways to organise your locations.
These are the three options:
- Option 1: The different locations are displayed in one Eversports Manager
- Option 2: Each location is managed in a separate Eversports Manager, all linked to the same company
- Option 3: Each location is managed in a separate Eversports Manager with each Eversports Manager being linked to a separate company (legal entity)
Option 1: The different locations are displayed in one Eversports Manager
In this case you would only have access to one Eversports Manager, with all your activities shown in the same calendar.
❗How does it work?
You can create several locations in the tab Settings > Locations > More > Add locations
Each location that has been created can be selected for the activities :

- Only one Eversports Manager
- One profile in the Eversports App and the marketplace
💡 Good to know:
⚠️ Important note:
Different locations in one Eversports Manager cannot currently be shown by all aggregators (does not work for Classpass and EGYM/Wellpass)
- Many activities in the Calendar of your Eversports Manager (difficult overview)
- Teacher and Employees have access to all locations (More information about log in rights)
- Only one address is being shown in the Eversports App and Marketplace
- Eversports reserved the right to charge you for a second manager according to our terms and conditions
Option 2: Each location is managed in a separate Eversports Manager, all linked to the same company
❗How does it work?
You will need to sign a second contract with our Sales Team : inbound@eversports.com
Once you have signed the second contract (possible discount for the new location), we will link it to the existing company.
When both locations are linked, you will be able to switch easily between both locations on the top left :
What is always shared between the different locations ?
- Clients (no automatic way to distinguish the customers per location)
- Memberships (they will always be displayed in all Locations/Eversports Managers)
- Master Data Settings (all linked to the same company settings)
What can be shared between the different locations ?
- Services (Time- and Blockcards) can be shown in some or all locations
- Discount codes can be redeemed in some or all locations
What cannot be shared between the locations ?
- Activities
- Videos
💡Advantages:
- Can be handled by all Aggregators
- Clear overview in the Eversports Manager per location (especially if you offer many classes)
- Each location has its own profile in the App and Marketplace, so the correct address of the location will be shown in the App and Marketplace.
💡 Good to know:
- Saas Fees per location (with a discount)
- Each location has its own profile in the app and Marketplace, so customers need to switch between the different profiles to book
- In the App, the two profiles have no link to each other
- In the Marketplace profile (Information that there are multiple locations) you find the information
- Every invoice will be under the same company name
- The NEW Widget supports multi-venue studios. If your business operates across multiple venues, choose which studio(s) you want to include in the calendar widget (More information here)
- Financial > Reports can be downloaded for all locations together or separately

Option 3: Each location is managed in a separate Eversports Manager with each Eversports Manager being linked to a separate company
This case applies for studios where each location must be linked to a separate company and are not connected at all.
In this case, you have different managers not linked to each other.
👍 Advantages:
- Each invoice will be in the respective company name
💡 Good to know:
This case is only relevant for location that are linked to separate companies or if you wish that the studio locations are not linked to each other.
- Nothing is shared between the locations
- Need to log in again when you switch company
- Each location has a separate profile in the app and marketplace (no link to the other)
- Customers cannot book with the same product in the different locations
