How to Filter Customers in the Menu Customers
Here we show you how to use the filter options in customer management.
Filter Options in Customer Management
In the menu Customers you can filter customers, for example, you can see which customers have participated in a particular activity (e.g., pregnancy workshop) in the past.
You can filter by :
- new customers in the last 7 or 30 days
- registration for certain activities in the past
- purchased products
- SEPA Mandate (only available if the automated SEPA extension is activated).
- customer groups
- tags
- status (added, invited, accepted) - More information on inviting customers here.
- role (according to their access rights in the Manager)
- teachers/trainers
- marketing communication
- current/archived clients
Tip: You can find additional filtering options for your customers in the Marketing Communication Extension. Be sure to check it regularly, as new filters are continuously being added.
You can open the filter options by clicking on Filter to the right of the search field.

On the right side, you will see a slider where you can set your desired filters. You can also choose multiple Filters at once. To see all Filters available, you can scroll down a bit in the slider.
Export your Filtered Customer List
The filtered customer list can then be exported directly and used, for example, to send a newsletter. To do so, click on the More button in the upper right corner and then on Export filtered customers.
