Migration was done - Follow Up Tasks

Your data has been successfully imported into your Eversports Manager! What steps are necessary next?

Here you will find an overview of the steps to be completed before starting with the Eversports Manager.

Key Steps:

1) Products:

- Credit Packs

Your credit packs from Fitogram have been migrated. You can find them under the tab Products -> Services.
Archived credit packs from Fitogram can also be found in Eversports in the archive under More -> Archive.

Here is an overview of the steps you should take in Eversports:

  • Check the connection between your products and activities.
  • Create service groups. Service groups allow you to categorize and display products on your website. More information here.
  • If you offer trial products, refer to this article for the correct settings.
  • Booking rules have not been transferred.

- Memberships (Contracts)

If you don’t use memberships, you can skip this section.

Memberships, as well as payment methods like SEPA Online or credit cards, cannot be migrated using the migration tool. To keep track of your Eversports Manager, all customers with an active membership in Fitogram will be assigned a time card.

However, to ensure the membership continues correctly in Eversports, a few steps are necessary on your part:

  1. Set up the memberships in Eversports Manager (if not done before the migration) – Learn how here.
  2. Add SEPA mandates for your customers – Learn how here. If you don’t have your customers’ bank details, you’ll need to request and save them again. Unfortunately, exporting this data from Stripe (used in Fitogram) is not legally permitted.
  3. Once the first two steps are completed, assign the respective memberships to your customers – Learn how here.

2) Activities

All activities have been imported as classes.
Here’s an explanation of the activity types in Eversports and how they work: What activity types are available?.

In the tab Activities > Management, you can edit all activities.

Here is some information about the import of activities:

  • Descriptions have been transferred in one language only. If there was no description in Fitogram, you’ll need to add one in Eversports.
  • You can assign groups to activities, including colors (these can be changed later).
  • Images were not imported. Add meaningful images to the activities.

Rules

  • Verify that the products and activities are correctly linked.
  • Special events in Fitogram:
Tickets for special events have been imported as credit packs with one unit.
Change the booking status to “Online Booking.”
    Booking rules were not transferred.
